Emily plays under the name Minnie Birch - sometimes solo but other times with friends on board.

Emily played in a lot of bands growing up, when her last band when their seperate ways in 2008 she started jamming with a friend Clare and playing open mics in the hope of putting another full band together - that never really happened but Minnie Birch was born. They have played a sold out gig opening for the Doors Alive at their London homecoming show. They then added Charlot on Ukulele and have recorded together. All the Minnie Birch songs are written by Emily and writing them and singing them is what she loves to do.
