Andrew Brand

Andrew Brand is a 19 year old acoustic singer/songwriter from Aberdeen, Scotland. Andrew takes influence from artists such as Paolo Nutini, Kings of Leon, Twin Atlantic and Biffy Clyro - yet still manages to maintain a unique sound of his own. A demo CD was recorded in January 2011 with music producer Steve Ransome (who has worked alongside artists such as Queen) and will be available to purchase online mid-2012. In February 2012, Andrew entered the national music competition Live & Unsigned 2011. Andrew made it through both Glasgow heats and went all the way to represent Scotland in the semi-finals which were held in Newcastle in April 2011.
